design from top to bottom: antelope skull, 2 horns on each side of the skull [extremely sharp] face [?], large mouth, above there's stitches going horizontally, and one going down vertically on his cheek. below that is his neck, a noose. below that consists of neck muscles of the human anatomy. emergring out of the skull is a red fire that resembles hair. his hands are exposed muscles, sharp fingers [scythe like]. public saftey uniform.
